Payment Mode:The Students agree to pay an online fee for tutoring services as per the plan which can be the hourly basis or any other as per their requirement. The Student understands that they will be charged for time in one-hour increments or as per the criteria they have chosen. They can do the payment online to us.

Cancellation Policy:The Student can cancel a prepaid session up to one hour before the scheduled time for reasons of any kind of family emergency or illness and apply any pre‐payment to a future session. Any point of time lessons not attended for any other reason by the student without giving 24 hours prior notice to the Tutor shall be charged at the full rate. If the Online Tutor cancels a session for any reason and at any time more than 24 hours prior to the start of the session, we will apply that payment to a future session after the student agreed on that.

Limitation of Liability for us:TWe does not accept any liability for any loss or expense caused by delay or any kind of interruption to weather conditions and civil disturbance, industrial action, kind of strikes or wars, floods and force majeure. Such losses or additional expenses are student responsibility. If we talk about Force majeure represents unusual or unforeseeable circumstances, which may include: war, terrorist activities, riots, natural disasters or nuclear disasters such as fire, flood or adverse weather conditions.

In Case Of Minors:Where the Student is a legal minor in that case, the Parent/Guardian shall enter into this tutoring contract on behalf of the Student and shall accept and agree to all the
